IN DETAIL

LiberaToe Platform

LiberaToe-6

3 Route Modes

You can choose a route mode out of 3 ones via the MODE/TAP foot switch and depending on a preferred setup.

  • IM(Improvisation) mode: This mode enables 6 slots/loops to work independently as with a typical pedalboard. Each slot/loop can be turned on or off by a corresponding foot switch. Each slot/loop also can be toggled between two channels (green and red) .

  • PG(Program) mode: This mode functions as a standard programmable system. Six slots/loops, input buffer, frequency enhancer, and two external controls can be controlled immediately by four patch switches. Up to 100 banks can be loaded by Bank Up(▲)/Down(▼) switches, for a total of 400 presets.

  • Mb(Ambidextrous) mode: This mode is a mix of IM and PG modes. It basically looks like the IM mode, but also lets you integrate the PG mode.

Dual Channel

All the slots/loops support dual channel, which can be selected or switched between each other. Depending on the button color setting, the channels are determined as below :

  • Green: The module/loop runs the green channel, which enables green knobs of the modules (or green channel loop in a connection module).

  • Red: The module/loop runs the red channel, which enables red knobs of the modules (or red channel loop in a connection module).

  • Flickering : You can use the foot switch to switch between the two channels, activated by double clicking the button prior. The channel turns off with a long push on the footswitch.

Controllable Resource

  • Slots/Loops: Dual channel support each

  • Reverse and Parallel: The settings change the route dynamically

  • Enhancer: More clarity, dynamics through adjusting Hi, Lo frequency knobs

  • Input Buffer: Specially designed high-class buffer prevents tone loss

  • External Control: Two controls for outside gears such as an amp channel, which follow LC/LO/MC/MO conventions

Manual Operation

  • Cabinet Simulator: British amp speaker cabinet simulator for direct connection to mixer, recorder, or PA

  • Output Buffer: Transparent line driver

  • Master Volume: equipped with larger knob

  • GND Lift: Prevent ground loop noise just in case

I/O

  • Input: 1/4 mono jack

  • Output: 1/4 TRS jack (also for pseudo-balanced connection)
      - with a bundled TRS-XLR adapter, you can connect to XLR input gears having balanced input.

  • Send / Return: located between 3rd and 4th slot(loop), half-normalled wiring

  • DC input: 24V 3A (center positive)

  • DC output: 9V/18V (center negative), contingent for auxiliary power

  • USB power: 5V DC output

  • Extension jack: for connection with LiberaToe-4, entire 10 slots/loops are centrally controlled (to be released)

  • Switch Box jack: for connection with separate switch box

  • External control: 1/4 stereo TRS jack. Tip is for Ctrl 1 while Ring is for Ctrl 2

  • Custom socket : future custom purpose

LiberaToe-4

3 Route Modes

Select one of three modes via the right most “W” footswitch.

  • IM(Improvisation) mode: This mode enables 4 slots/loops to work independently as with any typical pedalboard. Each slot/loop can be turned on or off by corresponding foot switch. Each slot/loop also can be toggled between two channels (green and red).

  • EX(Exclusive) mode: In this mode, you can turn only one slot/loop on since all the loops work exclusively from each other. You also will be able to turn it off (bypass) by pushing the same foot switch briefly once again. Additionally, If you set the loop to flash by double-click on the button, you can switch between the two channels whenever you push the same foot switch briefly. Of course you can turn it off (bypass) when you hold it (more than 0.4 sec).

  • Mb(Ambidextrous) mode: This mode is a mix of IM and preset mode. It basically works like the general programmable loop, but also allows the unassigned foot switches to be used as like in IM mode.

Dual Channel

All the slots/loops support dual channel. The two channels can be selected independently or switched between each other. Depending on the button color setting, the channels are determined accordingly :

  • Green: The module/loop runs the green channel which enables green knobs of the modules (or green channel loop in a connection module).

  • Red: The module/loop runs the red channel which enables red knobs of the modules (or red channel loop in a connection module).

  • Flickering: You can use the footswitch to switch between the two channels immediately, activated by double clicking the button prior. The channel can be turned off by holding on the foot switch.

Controllable Resource

  • Slots/Loops: Dual channel support

  • Parallel: Signals split to loop 3 and 4 to be merged at the ends

Manual Switched

  • Input Buffer: Natural signal preservation (two buffers between loop 2 and 3 turn on when parallel feature works)

I/O

  • Input: 1/4 mono jack

  • Output: 1/4 TRS jack (also for pseudo-balanced connection)
      - you can connect to XLR input gears having balanced input if you connect a TRS-XLR adapter(sold separately) in-between,

  • DC input: 24V 3A (center positive)

  • Extension jack: For connection with LiberaToe-6, entire 10 slots/loops are centrally controlled centrally(to be released)

  • Switch Box jack: For connection with separate switch box
